At Agilo IT, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development, web development, SaaS solutions, and digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and custom development work, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of physical goods.

Custom Software Development & Digital Services

Agilo IT provides custom software development, website development, mobile application development, consulting, and other professional digital services.

Because these services involve time, expertise, planning, design, development, and resource allocation, completed work, delivered milestones, and digital deliverables are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced:

  • Payments made for completed phases, milestones, consultations, research, planning, design, development, or other work already performed are non-refundable.
  • Any refund for unfinished work may be considered at Agilo IT’s sole discretion based on the percentage of work completed and expenses incurred.
  • Administrative, third-party, licensing, hosting, domain registration, and payment processing costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Agilo IT

If Agilo IT is unable to continue or complete a project due to internal circumstances, we may:

  • Provide a partial refund for work not yet completed;
  • Deliver any completed work up to the cancellation date;
  • Reach a mutually agreed settlement with the client.

Mutual Project Termination

In situations where both parties agree to terminate a project before completion, Agilo IT and the client may negotiate a fair refund or settlement based on:

  • Project progress;
  • Hours invested;
  • Resources utilized;
  • Deliverables already provided;
  • Third-party costs incurred.

Any agreed refund amount will be processed within 14 business days after the settlement agreement is finalized.

SaaS Products & Subscription Services

For eligible Agilo IT SaaS products and subscription-based services, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases.

Eligibility

Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial subscription purchase if:

  • The request is submitted within the first 14 days;
  • The account is in good standing;
  • There is no evidence of abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Non-Refundable SaaS Charges

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period;
  • Custom setup fees;
  • Professional services;
  • Custom development work;
  • Training or onboarding services;
  • Third-party integrations or licensing fees.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Domains, Hosting, and Third-Party Services

Any costs associated with:

  • Domain registration or renewal;
  • SSL certificates;
  • Cloud hosting;
  • Third-party software licenses;
  • API subscriptions;
  • Marketplace purchases;
  • Advertising spend;

are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Agilo IT before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
